If you haven’t had the chance to meet Shelly Hinshaw yet, she is amazing and I am so grateful to call her my business partner! Recently, I had the chance to take some images of the gorgeous salon and ask her a few questions, so we all could get to know her a little better!<\/p>\n

When did you know you wanted to go into this business?\u00a0<\/strong>I was always interested in makeup and hair as a kid. My friends used to want me to “fix them up”! I’ve always loved beauty products!<\/p>\n

How long have you been in this business?\u00a0<\/strong>7\u00a0years<\/p>\n

What makes you stand out from your competition?<\/strong> I would say my need for pleasing people and making them feel good about themselves. I also really enjoy talking to people.<\/p>\n

In what way have you gone above\/beyond in the past for a client?<\/strong> I have done housecalls for clients that have been ill. I also don’t want a client leaving my chair if they are not happy with their hair.<\/p>\n

What is the coolest thing you’ve ever had a client do for you?<\/strong> When clients refer people, it is a HUGE compliment.<\/p>\n

What are you passionate about outside of your business?<\/strong> I am very passionate about my relationships with people…I am a very loyal friend<\/p>\n
